Kashi and Kochi are two cities with a rich history and diverse culture and cuisine, separated by over 3000 kms.
One of us was born in Kashi, while the other near Kochi and together we want to explore all the flavours that lie in between.
We're two Indians living and working in Amsterdam! In our free time, we enjoy cooking and sharing our food with others.
